When you use our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, your company, the service you are interested in, an estimated budget and your message.

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not collect any data when you simply browse it.

We use your data only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss and prepare a proposal. The legal bases are the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

We rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf: Netlify, which hosts this website, and Resend, which delivers contact-form messages to our inbox. These providers are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to handle it and any follow-up. If no business relationship follows, we delete it within 24 months at the latest.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Just email alturaconsulting.ai@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
